Installation of the Polycom IP 320/550 handsets does not include wiring of the building for CAT5e.
Additional materials/Licenses that may be required to fine tune your service will be charged for at the time of installation and on a monthly ongoing basis where applicable at our published rates and payable upon completion of the installation.
Any Broadband services will require a new line installed by Express Telephony Limited or any other line provider at a cost of £106.00 plus vat connection fee and £15.50 plus vat per month line rental. If a PSTN line already exists on site and does not have any other services on it this can be used to support our broadband service.
Please note: for our hosted service to function correctly we recomend your voice service LAN network be kept seperate from your Data service network therefore unless otherwise stated, the equipment quoted for assumes the Voice network is to be kept seperate.
PSTN EXPRESS LINE Line rental service – Minimum contract period 12 months

Will require broadband services and sip compliant handsets and associated networking hardware
Minimum contract period 1 month
Payable monthly in advance by Direct Debit mandate
Handsets and connection fees for fixed line services not included unless on Monthly Rental Contract.
Call charge rates will be payable one month in arrears.

Requires Analogue line and ADSL MAX Premium or similar broadband service for optimum call quality (ExpressBroadband contract term minimum 3 months). If existing ADSL services are retained Express Express Telephony Limited cannot be held responsible for the quality of calls although every attempt can be made to improve the connection it may be necessary to either add another dedicated broadband service or upgrade the existing service.
Express softphone for Laptops charged at an additional £5.00 plus vat per month. (requires Express Prem or Pro License or Shared Call appearance Licenese to work and setup charge of £50.00)

Prices quoted exclude travel costs to install services at remote sites.
