UK Financial Institutions will soon have to record & store all telephone conversations & electronic communications (emails, instant messaging & faxes) relating to client orders under new regulations to be introduced by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
From March 2009 all telephone conversations & electronic communications involving client orders for the equity, bond & derivatives market will have to be recorded & retained on file for 6 months.

ExpressRecord is a hosted application that seamlessly integrates with ExpressHosted Voice and SIP Trunking products. ExpressRecordprovides a wealth of features, up to 30 days storage as standard (subject to call lengths recorded) with hte option of upgrade to enhanced PCI Compliant for recordings up to 180 days or the facility to archive important calls to a network storage device.
After ExpressRecord has been provisioned, Administrators and End Users can access an intuitive and powerful portal that provides real time access to recordings, monitoring, reports and alerts. These recordings can be securely downloaded via the portal or via the archive tool.
