*Non business traffic may be restricted within business hours in order to protect legitimate business traffic. More specifically we may restrict peer to peer and news group traffic from 9am to 6pm. Fair usage policy applies. Excess bandwidth above 75gb will be charged at £1.00 per 1GB per month plus vat monthly in arrears.
**Top speeds can vary significantly, in particular because of a user’s distance from their local exchange.
***Provisioning
Express Telephony guarantees that, providing you don’t have DACS on your line and there is capacity at the BT exchange, your broadband service will be installed and working within 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays). If we fail to meet this commitment we will refund your connection charge in full. (Note: this only involves connection of the equipment in the exchange and does not include adding local equipment ie routers and filters or PC’s)
