I would like to thank you for your help a couple of weeks ago with our telephone system. As you know our telephone system was knocked out by a power cut.
Whilst we knew what the problem was, as we had experienced it a year or so ago, it had taken four and half days for the problem to be resolved then. I immediately thought of your company as being a possible quicker solution than our usual support system.
As a result of a telephone call made mid-morning we were able to explain to you the problem and the part that was needed. Although you were fully aware that we had our regular maintenance people looking into it you tracked down the part for us, went and collected it from Barnet and installed it for us in the early afternoon. The phone system then started working.
Unfortunately you were so efficient that our regular suppliers had not even been able to divert the line by the time you solved the problem. We all greatly appreciate the fact that you were prepared to assist us when you had never previously dealt with us and put yourself out to solve the problem.
All of us in the firm are extremely grateful to you for your help and consideration for everything you did for us on that day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who required solutions to their telephone issues. Thank you once again for all the help that you gave us and in view of the circumstances the very reasonable account that you sent to us.

We asked Express Telephony to provide us with a solution to our personal telephone and business lines at the clinic. In an extraordinarily quick time, you had sourced the most appropriate equipment and ordered the extra lines that we needed, even to the point of securing the original and unique number of the old pub that stood on this site many years ago. The work was carried out quickly and cleanly with the minimum of disturbance to the business, and everything worked first time. The additional programming was also executed promptly and professionally.
We then asked if you would be able to take over our internet provision and within a few days the swap over from BT to your service was completed. You have since then been on the case with British Telecom wholesale services to improve our rural broadband bandwidth. Something BT themselves would never do. To all prospective clients we would wish to say, that Martin does exactly what he promises and delivers within budget, with professionalism and good humour.
We cannot recommend Martin highly enough.
